Sebastien Laffargue, the visionary behind Seba inline skates, narrates the genesis of his journey, rooted in his childhood passion for skating. In 1996, he qualified for his inaugural competition, setting the stage for his rise to stardom. Hailing from Paris, France, Sebastien honed his skating prowess, achieving success in numerous tournaments. As technology advanced, he gained recognition through weekly video updates showcasing his stylistic and flawless techniques.
Engaging in various skating styles, Sebastien noticed the specificity of boots for distinct purposes. This realization inspired him to pursue the creation of the ideal skates, laying the foundation for the Seba brand. In 2005, Seba entered a new era, producing skates tailored for skaters of all levels, from beginners to advanced enthusiasts, aiming to provide an unparalleled skating experience.
Sebastien joined forces with his close friend Gregory Pinto, embarking on a partnership that led them to co-own the brand. Together, they innovated and produced skates offering a diverse range of features, empowering skaters for both leisure and competitive success. The Seba brand became synonymous with excellence in rollerblades, boots, protections, and spare components for the free practice of skating.
SEBA expanded its offerings with high-performance urban skates renowned for responsiveness and comfort, making them ideal for skaters seeking control. The brand also dominated the freestyle and Skates Slalom roller skates market, introducing innovation and exclusive products available at an affordable price.
Venturing into Aggressive street Skates, Seba introduced wheels designed to enhance skills in various skating styles. The prototype gained widespread acclaim for its precision-engineered carbon boots, supportive cuffs, and overall comfort.
Seba Skates Sizing:
Selecting the right size from the Seba skates collection is crucial, considering that personal skates adapt to the skater’s feet over time. The duration of this process varies, and comfort is key. The perfect size depends on the level of control, power transfer, and skill exhibited in skating. For comfort or unusually shaped feet, opting for a slightly larger size is advisable. If between sizes, choosing the larger size ensures a better fit.
