We do our very best to ship orders as soon as possible. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak demand periods or sales events, order processing may take a bit longer. Shipping within the USA and Canada typically takes 1-5 days, depending on the location. We dispatch orders from warehouses located in Pennsylvania (PA), Utah (UT), California (CA), and Florida (FL) using UPS/USPS services. If you have a certain deadline to receive the package, please mention it in the order notes and/or send us an email. We will do all we can do to accommodate your request.

Each brand has its own individual sizing chart; for brands that are sold in our store, the sizing charts are available on our blog, as well as detailed instructions on how to measure correctly (if you are looking at skates or protection or a helmet). Don’t be lazy to take measurements; this will determine the correct size of your pair of roller skates, as well as your smile when receiving and trying them on.

After you place and pay for your order, you will receive a notification by email about your order. After your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification by email  and a tracking number by which you can track your order.

First and foremost, we apologize for the inconvenience! There has been either a human error at our warehouse or at the manufacturer side, but in any case, we will make it right for you. Please make sure to include a photo of the item/s and label as an evidence for the mistake, so we will be able to choose the best way to fix it.
